Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://structmatic.com — the build generator, the browser studio, the community gallery, the exports, and the other online services we provide (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to comply with applicable law.
- You must be at least 13. The Services are not for children under 13, and we do not permit them to create an account or generate builds. Where the law in your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services — parts of the European Economic Area set it as high as 16 — that higher age applies instead.
- Under 18 needs a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of them.
- Purchases are for adults. Packs may only be bought by someone aged 18 or over, or by the parent or guardian of a younger user from their own account and payment method.
- Accounts are created by signing in with a Google account — it is the only sign-in method we offer. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity carried out under your Structmatic account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Much of the Services — the studio, the importers and every export format — can be used without an account. Generating builds, saving them and buying packs require one.
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts to protect the Services, other users, or our rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following while using the Services:
- Break the law, or infringe intellectual property or other rights.
- Bypass access restrictions, security features, rate limits, paid gates, or the content screening applied to prompts and published builds.
- Interfere with the platform, other users, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Upload malware or other malicious code, including through schematic, model or resource-pack files.
- Commit fraud or abuse payment systems, including chargebacks for generations that were legitimately delivered.
- Use bots or scripts to scrape, harvest or mass-extract content from the Services in unauthorised ways.
- Create multiple accounts to evade suspension or otherwise circumvent these terms.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other users.
- Generate, upload or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.
Your builds and the licence you grant us
You keep ownership of the prompts, images, builds and other content you create, upload or submit, subject to any rights of third parties. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, publish and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve and promote the Services, and to honour the visibility setting you chose for it.
You confirm that you hold the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights. We may review, remove, restrict or decline to publish content at our discretion.
Visibility, the gallery, and private builds
Saved builds are public by default and appear in the community gallery, where anyone can view them, download them as a schematic, or remix them into their own library and edit them in the studio. If that is not what you want, keep the build private.
Private-build slots are a capability that generation packs add permanently to your account. The number of builds you can keep out of the public gallery is capped by the slots you hold. Builds saved to the gallery are screened automatically before they are published; a build that does not pass is still yours and is still saved, it simply is not listed publicly.
Generations and packs
Generating a build from a prompt or an image, and running an AI build or edit in the studio, are paid for with generations. Generations are bought in one-time packs through our payment provider.
- Who you are buying from. Our payment provider acts as the merchant of record for pack purchases. It is the seller for the transaction, it is the name that appears on your statement and on your receipt, and it charges and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Your licence to use the Services, and everything else in these Terms, is still with us.
- One run, one generation. Every AI path — text to 3D, image to 3D, and AI build or edit in the studio — costs one generation, whatever it costs us to run.
- Charged when the run starts. A generation is reserved when you submit the job, not when it finishes. Prompts that fail content screening are rejected before anything is reserved, so a refused prompt costs you nothing.
- Failed runs. If a run fails on our side for reasons not attributable to your input, the reserved generation is returned to your balance. If a failure leaves your balance short, email structmatic@gmail.com and we will correct it. Runs that fail because of invalid input or oversized files are not returned.
- No expiry, no transfer. Purchased generations do not expire and private-build slots are permanent. Neither is transferable between accounts, and neither has any cash value outside the Services.
- Pricing may change. Pack prices and what a generation buys may change with reasonable notice. A balance you have already bought keeps its face value in generations — repricing applies to later purchases.
- Fair use. We may apply rate limits and per-account caps to protect the Services, and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are abusing them.
- Termination. If we terminate your account for a breach of these terms or for unlawful conduct, any unused balance may be forfeited. Otherwise, see our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which refunds are available.
Consent to immediate delivery of digital content
Generations and private-build slots are delivered to your account immediately once payment succeeds. By completing a purchase you expressly request and consent to that immediate supply, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of cancellation in respect of that digital content as soon as supply begins.
Without that consent we cannot deliver a pack. If you do not wish to give it, do not complete the purchase. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law — see the Refund Policy.
Generated output
Builds are produced by machine-learning models and are imperfect by nature. We do not warrant that a generated model, its block palette, or an exported schematic will be accurate, buildable, structurally sensible, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that two runs of the same prompt produce the same result. Preview the voxel result before importing it into a world you care about, and keep your own backups of any world you paste into.
Similar prompts may produce similar output for different users. We do not claim ownership of your generated builds, and we cannot promise that a generated build is unique or that it is free of third-party rights.
Third-party services
The Services depend on third parties, including our payment provider and merchant of record, our authentication and database provider, our storage and delivery provider, the 3D generation provider, the model providers behind AI building and content screening, and our analytics provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, uptime or policies of those third parties, and your use of them may also be governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Except for your content and third-party materials, the intellectual property rights in the Services — the Structmatic software, branding, designs and the content we provide — are owned by or licensed to us. Subject to applicable law and any open-source licence terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer those materials except as expressly permitted.

Copyright and DMCA
You may not upload, publish or distribute content you do not have the right to share, including builds obtained from third parties whose licence does not permit redistribution.
If you believe content hosted on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to structmatic@gmail.com including: identification of the work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
We review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content. Anyone whose content is removed may submit a counter-notification if they believe it was removed in error. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable features at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected abuse, legal risk, security concerns, or violation of these terms. If we do so because of a violation or unlawful conduct, you are not entitled to a refund of any unused balance.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or that content will not be lost.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, where applicable law requires, consumers resident elsewhere may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is posted here with a revised “Last updated” date and takes effect on posting. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated terms.
